Why invite-only, for now

Every editorial principle on this site — plain-spoken debate, respect for referees, no tribal abuse — depends on trust between contributors. We’re building that trust slowly with a small founding committee before opening contribution more broadly.

What contribution looks like today

• The five founding committee members write and debate the core content.
• Selected football people — coaches, referees, players, and serious supporters — may be invited to contribute a guest piece or Pub Table response.
• There is no open submission form yet.

Where this is going

As the free membership system described on our Join page comes online, we intend to open a structured path for member submissions and curated Pub Table responses — moderated to keep the same standard of plain-spoken, respectful debate the founding committee holds itself to.
